Veri-Tek International, Corp. has
historically engaged in the design and
production of testing and assembly
equipment. This division has been discontinued and the diesel testing equipment assets were sold to EuroMaint Industry, Inc. on August 1st , 2007.

(“DSC”), a Russian distributor with retail sales and crane rental fleets headquartered in Moscow, to distribute its 50- and 30-ton Manitex boom trucks beginning in July 2008.
